At First Carolina, REALTORS®, we believe that our clients and customers will benefit by doing business with real estate professionals who have a higher degree of education, as well as greater experience, than the average agent. While all licensed real estate agents are required to complete 8 hours of continuing education annually, we believe far more is needed to stay abreast of current laws and market trends and be able to provide the level of expertise you need and expect. Our company policy requires that all agents be Graduates of the REALTORS® Institute (GRI), and some of our agents have even served as Deans of the Institute as well. Nearly all of our agents also hold the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designations--credentials requiring advanced training and experience, and evidence of our individual and joint commitment to be your single best source of real estate services.
Both individually and as a company, we proudly support many local organizations and charities both financially and by volunteering our time.
